Our homestay apartment is 675sq.ft and is our package is best for 4 persons and situated at 2nd floor. We have two rooms and one living dinning together with wash rooms and kitchen and a small balcony for drying clothes.
We are providing one queen sized bed with air-con and a room with queen sized mattress for flooring for 2 pesons.With extra people we provide extra mattress. Our apartment is furnished with one air-conditioner, one wall fan, one ceiling fan a, one stand fan,TV,water heater, and with cooking facilities. Right now we do not have washing machine but there r laundry facilities nearby. In general we provide only 2 towels, hand soaps and toilet tissues as necessary. We do not provide shower jel or shampoos for your use. But if requested we can provide that one too. In short our home-stay is cute and clean.

Our normal daily rental per night is Rm.70.00 for 4 person’s right at this moment. For every 2 person extra there will be increase of the rental. But for longer stays the rates are negotiable. We can arrange for the air-port transfer to and fro with reduced rates. We do also provide car rental on daily basis if the guests need so with cheaper rate. Different car different rates.

All pre booking goes with some deposits with some exceptions and 72 hrs prior cancellation confirms your full refund minus R.10.00.
Our check -in time is 2.00PM and the check-out time is12.00PM.For extra hours it is chargeable reasonably.
